Hi! I'm Julia, owner and lead designer at Fields and Florals.
As a lover of the outdoors and all things lush and green, I fell into the floral design world after completing my English degree at the University of Toronto. For me, the world of flowers is fleeting, inspirational, and fascinating. I love floral design because of the endless possibilities of making beautiful things.

Working with the seasons and growing my own specialty blooms are two things I strive to be passionate about in my work. I will always be grateful for a career that allows me to be surrounded by natural beauty every single day. Building my dream business has been challenging and exciting but above all, rewarding. The satisfaction and appreciation from clients will always make the early mornings, long drives, and tiring growing seasons worth it.

My newest adventure started in 2023 when my husband and I bought our dream home in Southern Italy. We're taking the plunge into the Italian wedding industry and are looking forward to spending time in both Italy and Canada in the coming years. Being an EU citizen means I can work all over Europe, hello destination weddings!
